Returns & Warranties
At Muratika, we hope you will truly fall in love with your new decor. However, we know that shipping accidents or a simple change of mind can happen. Here is how we handle these situations with complete transparency.
1. Damaged Package or Defect
Despite our rigid tubes and reinforced packaging, carriers occasionally (rarely) mishandle a package.
If your piece arrives damaged, don't worry. After verification, we offer you a choice: a new shipment at our expense or a full refund.
Mandatory condition:
You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package, attaching clear photos:
- The damaged tube or box.
- The damaged product.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
Wrong size? The color doesn't match your sofa?
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
In case of a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging (rigid tube or protective box). We cannot validate the refund of a poster or decoration that returns folded or damaged due to inadequate protection.
3. How to make a return?
To ensure fast processing, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at hello@muratika.com to validate the return.
- Prepare the package using the original rigid tube or box to ensure the product stays safe during transport.

Pay for shipping :
- Go to your local post office or carrier's website.
- Return costs are at your expense (unless the product is defective).
- You must choose a shipping method with a tracking number.

clearly on the package and ship it to the following address:

4. Refund Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will process the refund via the payment method used for the order. The amount will appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days (depending on bank processing times).
